The Site currently provides marketing information and a waitlist only. No Signa-Ful Zone mobile app or operational emergency communication capability is currently available through it. The Site does not provide an app download, call 911, contact or dispatch emergency responders, transmit your location or distress signals, or deliver emergency messages. Any such product features discussed as future plans are not implemented or available now. The Site is not a substitute for emergency services, satellite communicators with active subscriptions, personal locator beacons (PLBs), or proper outdoor preparation, training, and equipment.

2. No Emergency Communication or Response

The Site has no emergency signaling or responder-dispatch function. It cannot send an emergency signal, report your location, call 911, or confirm that a message has been delivered or acted upon. Do not use the waitlist, email address, or other Site content to request emergency assistance. In an emergency, use 911 or the appropriate local emergency service directly.

3. Plan for Emergencies Independently

Do not rely on this Site or waitlist as an emergency communication tool. When traveling in remote or high-risk areas, we recommend that you:

  • Carry a dedicated personal locator beacon (PLB) or satellite communicator (e.g., Garmin inReach, ACR ResQLink, Zoleo) when in remote areas.
  • File a trip plan with a trusted contact before you depart.
  • Carry adequate water, food, shelter, and first-aid supplies.
  • Know the limits of your skills, equipment, and the environment.
  • Call 911 or your local emergency number directly whenever possible.

4. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor, remote, and emergency activities carry inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Information on this Site is not emergency guidance or a substitute for independent preparation, training, and judgment. You are responsible for your decisions, preparation, and safety.
