Privacy Policy

Signa-Ful Technology LLC ("Signa-Ful", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy applies to signa-fultechnologyllc.com (the "Site"), which currently provides marketing information and a waitlist only. Signa-Ful Zone is not currently an operational emergency communication service or available mobile app. The Site does not provide an app download, call 911, contact or dispatch emergency responders, transmit emergency location or distress signals, or deliver emergency messages. Any product features discussed as future plans are not implemented or available through the Site, and this Site does not collect data for those features.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you visit the Site, join the waitlist, or contact us. It does not describe a consumer emergency application or service because none is currently available through the Site.

2. Information We Collect

  • Waitlist information: When you join our waitlist, we collect the name and email address you submit. The database also records an entry identifier and creation timestamp.
  • Messages you send us: If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to provide. Please do not send emergency requests or sensitive location or health information; the Site is not monitored or operated as an emergency service.
  • Operational and technical data: The application logs API request methods, paths, response status, and duration, but does not log request or response bodies for waitlist and admin API requests. IP addresses are used temporarily in memory for signup rate-limiting and failed admin-login controls; an admin lockout log includes the IP address and lockout time. Hosting providers may also process connection information such as IP address, browser or device details, pages requested, and timestamps under their own practices.
  • Optional site analytics: The Site may use a Replit-injected Umami analytics tracker when analytics is enabled for the published site. The application sends interaction event names (such as opening or submitting the waitlist form) and a page-area label; it does not pass your submitted name or email or free-text form content in those events. Whether analytics is enabled and what technical data the provider processes may depend on the deployment and provider.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To receive and manage waitlist signups and, if we contact you, provide product or launch updates.
  • To respond to inquiries you send us.
  • To operate, protect, and troubleshoot the Site and waitlist.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not currently sell waitlist names or email addresses. Hosting and database providers may process information to operate the Site and store waitlist entries. Authorized administrators can view and export waitlist entries through the password-protected admin area. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address security or operational issues.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain uses. Applicable rights depend on your circumstances and local law. To make a request, contact us at the email address below; requests are handled manually and are not an automated account control.

6. Data Retention and Security

Waitlist entries are stored in a database with no automatic expiration or deletion schedule configured by the application. The current admin area can view and export entries but has no deletion control. Accordingly, entries may remain until they are removed separately by an authorized operator. You may email a request, which we will review; sending a request does not itself delete the entry. Hosting or database logs and backups, if any, may follow separate provider retention practices that this application does not set.

The admin area uses password-protected login and a server-side session. The session is stored using the database-backed session store and the browser's admin session cookie is configured to expire after up to eight hours. The cookie is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; in production it is also configured as Secure. These implementation details are not a guarantee that information is immune from unauthorized access. We make no specific claim here about encryption at rest or provider-level security controls.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site and waitlist are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current policy will be posted on the Site.
