By accessing signa-fultechnologyllc.com (the "Site"), including its marketing content and waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and waitlist. They do not govern a consumer application or emergency communication service, because none is currently available through the Site.

2. Description of Service

The Site currently provides marketing information and a waitlist only. Signa-Ful Zone is not currently an operational emergency communication service or available mobile app. The Site does not provide an app download, call 911, contact or dispatch emergency responders, transmit emergency location or distress signals, or deliver emergency messages. Any features described as future plans are unimplemented and unavailable; they are not a promise of delivery, availability, or functionality. Joining the waitlist is not an order, reservation, or guarantee that a product will launch.

3. Site Availability and No Emergency Use

We do not guarantee that the Site or waitlist will be continuously available or that a waitlist submission will result in any particular communication or future product. The Site is not for emergency use. In an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service directly. See the Safety & Liability Disclaimer for important information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or waitlist for any unlawful purpose or to submit information without authorization.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Site.
  • Use the Site in any way that could harm other users or third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Signa-Ful Technology LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNA-FUL TECHNOLOGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR WAITLIST.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signa-Ful Technology LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
