Signa-Ful Zone is an emergency communication application designed to help users send location and distress signals when traditional cellular service fails. The Service is provided as a communication aid; it is not a substitute for professional emergency services, search-and-rescue equipment, or proper outdoor preparation.
3. No Guarantee of Connectivity or Outcome
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, in all locations, or under all conditions. Satellite, cellular, and other signaling pathways may be unavailable, delayed, or fail entirely due to weather, terrain, hardware, power, network outages, third-party service disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to send false distress signals.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
- Use the Service in any way that could harm other users or third parties.
Filing a false emergency signal may also violate local, state, or federal law.
